PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support companies that open homepages on the Internet so as to allow them to create more appropriate and usable contents replying views' information requests. SOLUTION: If a keyword inputted by a viewer is not associated with contents and retrieval of contents is failed, a contents retrieval unit 205 accumulates the keyword in an input keyword manager 203. When the total number of keyword inputs exceeds a predetermined threshold, a keyword moving unit 206 recommends that a site operator re-associate the keyword with contents. If appropriate contents to be associated with the keyword do not exist, the system determines that information desired by many viewers is not provided and then encourages the site operator to add and expand contents. Therefore, the system indicates users the necessity of adding or expanding contents through a request of associating keywords with contents.
