PURPOSE: A healthy food comprising glutinous pear jelly and a preparing method thereof are provided to effectively improve the function of lung. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing the healthy food comprising glutinous pear jelly comprises the steps of: (a) mixing 40 to 70 parts by weight of pear, 15 to 35 parts by weight of ginger, 10 to 30 parts by weight of garlic, 5 to 35 parts by weight of walnut, 3 to 9 parts by weight of Taraxacum platycarpum, 2 to 12 parts by weight of Lonicera japonica THUNB., 3 to 9 parts by weight of pine tree root, 2 to 10 parts by weight of licorice root, 5 to 25 parts by weight of ginkgo nut and 3 to 10 parts by weight of Massa medicata fermentata with water and boiling the mixture for 8 to 20 hours; (b) cooling the mixture and adding 2 to 15 parts by weight of malt and saccharifying the mixture; (c) removing water from the saccharified mixture; and (d) filtering the saccharified mixture, heating the filtered solution, and concentrating and cooling the filtered solution. |
