PURPOSE: A driveless board manufacturing method is provided to move forward at a fast speed with propulsion force generated by the angular motion of a front wheel by shaking a handle mounted on a board without generating driving force using feet. CONSTITUTION: A driveless board manufacturing method comprises a driving part(1) for generating propulsion force, a rear wheel part(2), a connection rod(3), a handle fixing rod(4), a fixing rod, and a handle(5). The rear wheel part supports a user, moves forward a board and freely changes the heading direction of the board. The connection rod couples the driving part and the rear wheel part. The handle fixing rod connects the driving part and the handle. The fixing rod connects the left and right foot boards of the rear wheel part. The handle is laterally shaken to generate the driving force of the driving part or to change directions.
