PURPOSE: A location confirming system for confirming a location of a mobile communication terminal by using NFC(Near Field Communication) and a method thereof are provided to receive other contents by using contents received from an NFC tag. CONSTITUTION: An NFC(Near Field Communication) chip(220) receives ID data from an NFC tag. A first communication interface(202) transmits the ID data and pre-stored profile data to a location confirming server. The first communication interface receives arrangement data from the location confirming server. A first display unit(206) displays the arrangement data. The ID data includes ID information of the NFC tag.
