PURPOSE: A mounting device for fixing a probing needle and a method for producing a probe card are provided to prevent the damage of the end of a probe by using a bolt member for controlling the height of an upper plate member. CONSTITUTION: An upper plate member(300) has an opening. A lower plate member(200) has an insert block inserted into the opening. The lower plate member is arranged in the lower part of the upper plate member. A center zig is set in the upper part of the insert block. A height adjustment member separates the upper plate member from the lower plate member and moves up and down.
