PURPOSE: A beam fixing device in a wireless communication system and a method thereof are provided to maintain a beam direction of user station performing beam forming. CONSTITUTION: A movement detecting unit(1202) measures a variation of the movement of a device. A parameter calculating unit(1204) compensates a change of a beam direction caused by the movement in order to determine a beam forming parameter. The beam forming parameter is a parameter for matching an opposite device with the beam direction. When the movement is generated, the movement detecting unit measures the variation.
