PURPOSE: A minimum invasive surgery tool which selectively covers an end effector is provided to supply end effector covering structure, thereby utilizing the tool in a minimum invasive surgery tool having a joint unit around the end effector. CONSTITUTION: A handle unit(120) is connected to one side of a shaft(110). The shaft includes two shaft units(110a,110b). An end effector(130) is connected to the other side of the shaft. A cover(140) selectively covers the end effector.
