TRANSPARENT ELECTRODE

摘要

PURPOSE: A transparent electrode is provided to prevent the reflection of rays thereon by forming a concave antireflection structure on a high-polymer film. CONSTITUTION: An antireflection structure(120) of a nanoscale groove shape is formed on a substrate(110). A transparent conductive oxide layer(130) is coated on the surface of the substrate and the inner side of the antireflection structure. The substrate is composed of high-polymer film or glass. The transparent conductive oxide comprises ITO(Indium Tin Oxide).
