<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump device for a gas detector capable of being formed into a small size and having high productivity and high maintenance property while ensuring stable performance. <P>SOLUTION: The pump device for the gas detector is provided with an electro-magnetic drive mechanism for reciprocating a diaphragm by rocking a movable body provided with a magnet fixed to the diaphragm made of rubber for forming a pump chamber inside utilizing magnetic action by an electromagnet. A pump unit provided with a case made of resin having one side opened and having the diaphragm and a holder attached to the diaphragm and retaining the diaphragm is inserted into the case through the opening of the case and detachably attached to the case. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
