PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission control system for a work vehicle avoiding unstable travel such as engine stall in an error in operation at overloading and achieving stable working travel, wheh a trunnion shaft of a vehicle-speed regulator is controlled to drive by operating an HST pedal. SOLUTION: The transmission control system for a work vehicle includes an HST pedal 5p operated by being pressed down by foot, the vehicle speed regulator 1d for controlling engine power continuously according to a turning angle of the HST trunnion shaft, and a transmission controller 7 controlling the drive of the HST trunnion shaft according to a step-in amount of the HST pedal.
