PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a charcoal material is provided to apply charcoal to furniture or an interior material. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a charcoal material comprises: a step of preparing charcoal(10); a step of filling a gap of the charcoal surface with a filler, forming a charcoal block(30), and curing; and a step of cutting the charcoal block in a board form and preparing charcoal board units(40). The curing step comprises: a step of drying the charcoal block at room temperature for 50-70 minutes; and a step of heating the charcoal block at 150-200 deg.C. for 50-70 minutes. The filler contains 35-45 wt% of liquid resin and 55-65 wt% of one selected from aluminum hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, diatomite, loess, and gypsum. |
