PURPOSE: A back side electrode composition for silicon solar cells including metal - containing organic additive is provided to enhance cohesiveness between a substrate and film. CONSTITUTION: A back side electrode composition for silicon solar cells comprises 65-85 weight% of aluminum, 14-34 weight% of organic vehicle, and 0.05-1 weight% of organic additive containing one or more metals selected from Al, Ga, In, Tl, Zn, Sn, Ni, Cu, Zr, Ru and Ri. The organic additive component does not contain boron. The aluminum component is sphere or flake type aluminium metal powder. The organic vehicle component is selected from cellulose resin, acryl resin, urethane resin, urea resin, ester resin and a mixture thereof. |
