PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the transfer layer transferred to a resin plate before vacuum forming from being melted to flow out at the time of reinforcement with FRP by preliminarily using a transfer foil, in a molded product obtained by reinforcing the vacuum-formed resin plate with FRP. SOLUTION: The transfer foil is used in the molded product formed by molding the resin plate, to which a transfer layer is transferred using the transfer foil, and reinforcing the resin plate by a fiber reinforced resin. The transfer foil is provided at least on a base material as a protective layer and the protective layer contains 30-100 wt.% of a vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate resin with Tg of 75°C or above.
