PURPOSE: A time progress display timer and a manufacturing method are provided to form the printed layer of various designs for a background film, thereby determining an available eating time. CONSTITUTION: A base(20) comprises an adhesion unit in the lower part of a single sheet having an upper side and a lower side. A background film(30) is composed of the single sheet installed on the base. A micro porous film(40) is adjacent to the background film and is composed of the single sheet. A printing layer(50) matches a plurality of single sheets which are composed of the base, the background film and micro porous films.
