A speaker comprising a frame, a diaphragm fixed via a first edge, a voice coil, a magnetic circuit, and a suspension holder fixed via a second edge, wherein the first and second edges are formed to be almost symmetrical with respect to the boundary between the first and second edges, and the inner peripheral side of the suspension holder and the inner peripheral side of the diaphragm are fixed to the magnetic gap outer part of the voice coil. In the speaker, the magnetic circuit is provided on the outer side of the bottom of the frame, its outer periphery has a magnet extending at least from the center to the outside of the second edge, and the magnetic gap of the magnetic circuit penetrates into the frame through the bottom surface of the frame. The speaker can reduce distortion and increase a voice output.
