<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stream data reproducing device, a stream data reproducing program, and a stream data reproducing method, wherein an influence exerted on the reproduction of the stream data can be suppressed, even when delays in transmission of packets including stream data increase temporarily or packets including stream data are changed in transmission order. <P>SOLUTION: The stream data reproducing device 100 is equipped with a reproducing time information decoding unit which decodes the encoded reproducing time information that is obtained by encoding reproducing time information indicating the reproducing time of the stream data, a time deciding unit which decides the decoding start limit time of the stream data based on the reproducing time information decoded by the reproducing time information decoding unit and the size of a packet, and a decoding judging unit which judges whether the encoded stream data are decoded or not comparing the decoding start limit time decided by the time deciding unit with the present time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
