<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently achieve monitor/control for a transmitter on a transmission network while securing security as for the control/monitor system of the transmission network where a transmitter having the gateway of each transmission network constituted of a plurality of transmitters and the monitor device of the monitor/control network can be connected. <P>SOLUTION: A transmitter having the gateway of each transmission network is provided with a mail server and a mail client and a means for operating mail communication by using an IP with a monitor/control network and a means for operating mail communication through a control channel on a transmission path with the other subordinate transmitters. The subordinate transmitters of the transmitter having the gateway are respectively provided with a mail client, and configured to operate mail communication through the control channel on the transmission path with the mail server of the transmitter having the gateway, and to operate the mail communication of monitor/control between a monitor device and each transmitter through the monitor/control network. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
