<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container which is lightweight, inexpensive and excellent in thermal insulation properties, cushioning properties and disposal properties, and a manufacturing method for the same. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging container excellent in the disposal properties is formed by adding a natural fiber composed of a cotton, a flax or a pulp in a ratio of 60-90 wt.% to a condensed gelatinized material of a siloxane and a poly-molecular silanol salt with a water content of 20-45 wt.%, mixing the materials to prepare a sheet for foaming with predetermined width and thickness, inserting the sheet for foaming into a molding cavity between a male mold and a female mold, and heating it at 100°C or more to foam it by 5 to 30 times. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
