<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication role analyzer capable of easily determining the role of a member. <P>SOLUTION: The communication role analyzer has a role determining part 24 for determining the role of a member in terms of communication based on the number of e-mails that the member received during a predetermined period, the number of e-mails that the member sent, the rate of emails that a continuity determining part 22 has determined to take over the contents of messages to all the e-mails sent and received by the member, and the degree of influence on the takeover of the contents of the messages of each member that is determined by an influence determining part 23.
