A ring binder is provided to reduce the size, to cut down the manufacturing cost, and to increase utilization by completely turning over the bound documents. The ring binder is composed of at least two first and second pipe units(10,20) having through-holes; first ring units(30) positioned at one side of the first pipe unit and widened or puckered; second ring units(40) positioned between the first and second pipe units and widened or puckered; third ring units(50) positioned on the other side of the second pipe unit and widened or puckered; and support bars penetrating through the first and second pipe units and the first, second, and third ring units and holding the first and third ring units not to be separated. The first, second, and third ring units have first, second, and third fixing half-rings(31,41,51) fixed to the first and second pipe units and first, second, and third rotary half-rings(33,43,53) turned for the first and second pipe units. The other ends of the first, second, and third fixing half-rings and the other ends of the first, second, and third rotary half-rings are combined to or separated from each other.
