PURPOSE: A parking notification system and a parking notification method thereof are provided to deliver a message about the movement of a vehicle to the other person by using a 2D barcode. CONSTITUTION: A first mobile terminal(210) recognizes a 2D barcode on a vehicle to confirm first intrinsic code information granted to the barcode. The first mobile terminal transmits first movement request information through a wireless Internet network. A parking notification database(310) stores membership information. The parking notification database stores the intrinsic code information. A parking notification server(300) confirms the first intrinsic code information. The parking notification server obtains telephone number information of a second user. The parking notification server transmits second movement request information to a second mobile terminal(420). The parking notification server transmits movement time information about the vehicle to the first mobile terminal.
