PURPOSE: ECU(Electronic Control Unit) control unit is provided to limit a dark current by blocking power provided to an ECU from a battery when an ignition of a vehicle is off. CONSTITUTION: When an ignition power is provided, a control unit(60) converts an output port to a high level. Using the control of the control unit, a first switch unit(30) is converted into an on state if the output port is high level. If the first switch unit is an on state, a second switch unit(40) provides ECU with battery power. An adjustment unit(50) controls priming power and battery power into a fixed level.
