PURPOSE: The continuous melting furnace for glass is provided to continuously borosilicate-based glass for low temperature co-fired ceramics using high purity alumina tube of superior durability. CONSTITUTION: A melting crucible(60) is embedded in a continuous melting furnace(100) for glass. The melting crucible is formed into a tube form based on alumina. The lower side of the melting crucible is closed. A main heating element(40) is adjacently installed to the outer side of the melting crucible and heats the melting crucible to melt glass powder. An outlet(20) is formed at one lower side of the melting crucible discharge molten glass. An auxiliary heating element(50) is adjacently installed to the outer side of the outlet to prevent the coagulation of molten glass. |
