PURPOSE: A safety facility for blocking a vehicle using waste tires is provided to reduce shock when a vehicle collides with a median strip through waste tire assemblies. CONSTITUTION: A safety facility(10) for blocking a vehicle using waste tires comprises a post, waste tire assemblies(700A,700B), and a rotation support(300A). The post is fixed to the ground through anchor bolts and has a post pipe. Each waste tire assembly is composed of an elastic tire unit and a wheel. An annular air elastic unit is formed in the elastic tire unit. The wheel supports the elastic tire unit. The rotation support is coupled to the outer surface of the post pipe and rotates the post pipe. |
