PURPOSE: A vibration generating module, an actuator using the same and a handheld device are provided to transfer sensitive vibration to a user by increasing resonance frequency. CONSTITUTION: An electromechanical power generating unit(110) generates electromechanical power. A magnetic force generating unit(120) is positioned in the electromechanical power generating unit. The magnetic force generating unit generates magnetic force. Magnetic material provides a magnetic path for magnetic field generated by the electromechanical power generating unit or the magnetic force generating unit.
