PURPOSE: A grain sorting machine using a full color LED is provided to effectively sort foreign matters from grains by direct light and reflected light. CONSTITUTION: A grain sorting machine using a full color LED comprises transparent glass units(14,15), charge coupled device cameras(6,6a), first and second full color LED assemblies(20,21), reflection plates(24,25), a forward/reverse rotating unit, an angle sensor, and a controller. The transparent glass units are installed on both sides of a grain sorting unit. The charge coupled device cameras are installed on both sides of the transparent glass units. The first and second full color LED assemblies are installed on both sides of the transparent glass units, and comprise one chip type of full color light emitting diodes. An LED lamp with red, green, and blue lights is integrated into one, and the full color light emitting diode is formed. The reflection plates are installed on both sides of the transparent glass units, and installed in a lower space. The forward/reverse rotating unit adjusts a gradient. The angle sensor senses the inclination of the reflection plate, and inputs the result to the controller. The controller controls the full color light emitting diodes of the first and second full color LED assemblies. |
