PURPOSE: A water purifier warm water heater is provided to disperse purified water in a warm water outlet by installing a heater on a bottom of a warm water tank. CONSTITUTION: A heating wire(12) generates heat to a power source applied from outside. An insulator is arranged in an upper and lower side of the heating wire. An upper and lower cover is arranged in the outside of the insulator. A fastener(22) having a hole is formed in the lower side of the bottom cover. A wire(50) connected to the heating wire passes through the hole of the fastener. The fastener is coupled with a coupling hole(104). The warm water heater is fixed on the bottom of the warm water tank.
