PURPOSE: An apparatus for supplying sterilants in a low temperature plasma sterilizer is provided to improve sterilization efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for supplying sterilants in a low temperature plasma sterilizer comprises a chamber(30) which performs sterilization through the reaction of sterilant ions and plasma electrons, a plasma generation part(20) which generates plasma within the chamber, a vaporizer(60) which vaporizes sterilant in an internal space, a solenoid(110) which ejects the air of the vaporizer to the outside, an capsule injector(123) including capsules, a cassette, a needle, needle sensors, and a central processing unit, a temperature controller(100) which controls the temperature of the evaporator, and an injector which injects the vaporized sterilants into the chamber.
