PURPOSE: A specimen for evaluating the uniformity of electro deposition and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to predict whether stain patterns are generated during the electro deposition or not since the surface of a specimen partially has different electrical characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a specimen for evaluating the uniformity of electro deposition comprises followings. A base specimen is prepared(S-11). A masking tape is attached to the surface of the base specimen with stripe pattern(S-12). Si is vacuum-evaporated on the base specimen(S-13). The masking tape of the base specimen surface is eliminated(S-14). A phosphate zinc film is formed on the part in which the Si is not evaporated(S-15).
