PURPOSE: A sample preparation device for nitrogen analysis and a sample preparation method thereof are provided to improve the accuracy of the analysis in spite of the nitrogen of the extremely little. CONSTITUTION: A sample preparation device for nitrogen analysis comprises a vacuum chamber(10), a vacuum pump(20), and a door(30). The sample capsule is settled on the inside bottom surface of the vacuum chamber. The vacuum pump inhales the air of the vacuum chamber inside. The door is formed on the bottom surface of the vacuum chamber in which the sample capsule is settled. |
