PURPOSE: A payment service system connected to an application of a mobile terminal for advertisement payment and a method thereof are provided to expose an advertisement through the application installed in the mobile terminal, thereby increasing supply and demand of the advertisement through a new advertisement inflow channel. CONSTITUTION: A product registering unit(210) maintains product information related to an advertisement. A payment module providing unit(220) provides a payment module supporting payment about the product information. A payment processing unit(230) processes the payment about the product information according to a payment request of a user through an application connected to the payment module. The application is connected to the payment module and an advertisement module providing the advertisement.
