SYSTEM FOR THE EXTERNAL FIXING OF GLASS PANES ON BUILDING'S FACADES

Novelty: a system destined for the external fixing of glass panes on building’s facades is disclosed. Constitution: the profile 1 bears the recesses 2 wherein sliding nuts are housed while special bolts screw 4 inside the aperture 5 of the glass panes 6 to firmly retain the glass pane on the profile 1. Between the glass pane and the profile there is interposed the PVC sheet 7 bearing apertures corresponding to the apertures of the glass pane and aiming at concealing bolts and nuts from glass pane transparency. Furthermore, between the glass pane 6 and the stainless accessory 4 there is interposed the plastic washer 8 protecting the glass pane surface from constriction. The profile is fixed on the parapet via bolts 9 engaging the recess 10 of the profile 1 for being screwed on packings 11. Snap-action or slide-action caps (12, 13) made of aluminium profile exist on the upper and lower portion of the profile 1 as well as along the whole length thereof.
