PURPOSE: An angle-adjustable vice for a milling machine is provided to increase the machining efficiency of a workpiece as a structure actively copes with to the section and surface shapes of the workpiece. CONSTITUTION: An angle-adjustable vice for a milling machine comprises a fixed jaw(1), a regulating dial(8), a first turning jaw(7), a second turning jaw, and an angle index. The regulating dial is rotationally installed on the outer surface of the fixed jaw. A tightening bolt(9) penetrates through the regulating dial. The first turning jaw is installed on the inner surface of the fixed jaw, and the locking projections(13) of the first turning jaw are inserted into a stopping groove(14). The first turning jaw is thread-combined with tightening bolt through a tightening bolt hole(6), and integrally rotated with the regulating dial. The angle index is rotationally installed on the outer surface of the fixed jaw, and indicates the rotary angle of the first turning jaw around a reference point(11). The second turning jaw is rationally installed on the inner surface of a movable jaw. |
