摘要 An organic electroluminescence device including multi luminescence layers is provided to reduce one doping process without forming a separate interfacial layer by forming at least one of P-N junction charge generation layers with a metal layer. In an organic electroluminescence device including multi luminescence layers, a first electrode(110) is located on a substrate(100). A luminescence layer(120.1-120.n) is laminated on the first electrode(110). At least more than two luminescence layers(120.1-120.n) are laminated. P-N junction charge generation layers(130.1-130.n) are located on each luminescence layer(120.1-120.n) and between the luminescence layers(120.1-120.n). The P-N junction charge generation layers(130.1-130.n) are at least more than two. A second electrode(140) is located on the uppermost layer of the luminescence layers(120.1-120.n). At least one of the P-N junction charge generation layers(130.1-130.n) is a metal layer.
