PURPOSE: An apparatus for monitoring a valve of an ESC(Electronic Stability Control) system in a vehicle is provided to satisfy a short loop time of the ESC system and to monitor the failure of a valve power supply FET and a valve driving FET. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for monitoring a valve of an ESC system in a vehicle comprises a valve power supply FET(1), a valve driving FET(2), a solenoid coil(7), a first comparator(3), a second comparator(4), and a MCU(5). The valve power supply FET supplies battery power according to the output signals of a charge pump IC(6). The valve driving FET drives vehicle posture control signals. One side of the solenoid valve is connected to the valve power supply FET and the other side is connected to the valve driving FET. The first comparator monitors the operation state of the valve power supply FET. The second comparator monitors the operation state of the valve driving FET. The MCU determines the operation state and the failure of the valve power supply FET and the valve driving FET.
