PURPOSE: A unit cell having a simple structure which integrates by covering by a case cover and a battery module in which one or more cell cells are provided to enhance work efficiency and mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION: A unit cell comprises a battery cell(11) in which a polar column protruded to upwards is formed so that the power source generated by chemical reaction, a cell case in which the upper side is opened so that the battery cell is admitted, and a case cover which seals the opened upper side of the cell case hermetically. The case cover is fixed to the upper surface of the cell case and has through holes which are formed to expose the pole to the outside. One or more heat-radiating holes(133) are formed on one or more sides of the cell case.
