PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a raw material for a paperboard using EFB(empty fruit bunch) is provided to improve bulkiness and to save cost and drying energy. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a raw material for a paperboard using EFB comprises: a step of pulverizing EFB(empty fruit bunch) of a palm tree(S110); a step of mixing the EFB powder and strength reinforcing agent and forming a non-wood ingredient(S130); and a step of refining and beating pulp and mixing the pulp with the non-wood ingredient. The strength reinforcing agent contains a starch solution or peanut meal powder.
