PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of mold for hot rolling roll casting is provided to prevent mold wash from being fallen down to the upper end of a crack preventing unit and the floor of a lower mold. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of mold for hot rolling roll casting comprises the following steps: preparing a lower mold(111) in which molding sand(120) is coated on the inner surface; installing a crack preventing unit(130) on the inner bottom of the down type mold; installing a cover unit(200) at the upper end of the crack preventing unit; coating a mold wash(140) on the surface of the casting sand; and separating the cover unit from a down type mold.
