It is disclosed a heat insulation construction composed of prefabricated square elements, which square elements comprise four iron corners and four feet each assisting the fixing said elements onto flat roofs, a ground composed of support blades and an internal insulating material set in layers: a lower layer of a piece of fireproof extruded polystyrene and a cement slab or mosaic (pebble) or marble slab are successively superimposed. Placed next to one another, said square elements create a horizontal insulating surface over the flat roof's surface. The entire construction is embraced by a perimetric insulation zone providing lateral insulation.
