PURPOSE: A cylinder liner fixing and separating device is provided to insert a cylinder liner into a cylinder by fixing an upper plate to a cylinder block. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder liner fixing and separating device(100) comprises an upper plate(200), a locking member(300), and an ascending and descending unit(400). Fixing bolts(103) installed on the top surface of a cylinder block(101) are inserted into first perforated holes of the upper plate so that the upper plate can fix a cylinder head to the cylinder block. The locking member adheres to the top surface or bottom surface of a liner(104) installed in a cylinder(102) of the cylinder block. The ascending and descending unit inserts or separates the liner into/from the cylinder by ascending and descending the locking member. |
