PURPOSE: A method for increasing a large amount of mesenchymal stem cells, a conditioned medium composition, and a composition for skin regeneration are provided to ensure cell growth and regeneration abilities. CONSTITUTION: A method for increasing a large amount of mesenchymal stem cells derived from a fetus in amniotic fluid comprises: a step of isolating fetus-derived cells; a step of sub-culturing the cells in a medium containing FBS(fetal bovine serum) and bFGF(basic fibroblast growth factor) and collecting the mesenchymal stem cells; and a step of culturing the mesenchymal stem cells in a hypoxic state for 24-72 hours. A composition for skin regeneration contains a conditioned medium as an active ingredient, which is prepared by culturing the mesenchymal stem cells in a serum-free medium for 3 days. |
