<p>PURPOSE: A device for monitoring a setting angle of a lance in an electric furnace is provided to rapidly and accurately regulate an approach angle of a lance because the approaching angle of the lance is displayed by sensing so that operating time is reduced. CONSTITUTION: A device for monitoring a setting angle of a lance in an electric furnace comprises a goniometer(111), a display unit(113), and a MMI(Man Machine Interface) devuce(135) and a controller(131). The goniometer is installed in one end portion of a lance(50) for supplying oxygen to the inside of an electric furnace(10), thereby measuring an angle of the lance. The display unit displays the angle of the lance transmitted from the goniometer. The goniometer is installed in a part of the lance being arranged in the outside of the electric furnace. The MMI device collects angles measured by the goniometer and displays the collected angles according to time. The controller periodically receives the measured angles, thereby transmitting to the MMI device.</p> |
