PURPOSE: A refrigerant pipe cutting device is provided to guarantee the increased stroke length of a rotator without increasing an installation space by adjusting the eccentric length of a rotating body. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerant pipe cutting device comprises first and second grip units(10,20) and a notch forming unit(30). The first and second grip units respectively grip the refrigerant pipes by pressing. The second grip unit is separately placed in parallel with the first grip unit. The notch forming unit is placed between the first and second grip units, and forms a notch in the refrigerant pipe.
