摘要 PURPOSE: A method for generating image matching data for an orthognathic surgery, and a method for an orthognathic simulation surgery using the same are provided to guarantee the exact shapes of teeth by removing virtual and accidental images on a CT image. CONSTITUTION: The noise in a CT image for the facial bone of a patient is removed. An anatomical part is restored, and converted into an image file. The teeth shapes of the patient are scanned in three dimensions. The scan data is revised and analyzed. The converted image file is brought up. The important part of a masticating surface is set. The scan date matches with the image coordinate system of the image file. The revised scan data is overlapped in the converted image file. The tooth image in the image file is removed. The three-dimensional image about the facial bones is obtained(S100). A first simulation surgery which moves the lower jaw in the image file is performed(s200). A second simulation surgery about an additional surgery is performed(S300). The data for manufacturing surgical equipment is provided(S400).
