PURPOSE: A grid connected power conversion system is provided to restore reactive power and active power by being synchronized with each phase voltage by receiving a current control reference value through an inverter control unit. CONSTITUTION: A power conversion device(200) is installed between a new renewable energy generator(100) and a systematic power source. The power conversion device converts power provided from the new renewable energy generator into a voltage for supplying to the systematic power source. The power conversion device charges and discharges the power supplied from the new renewable energy generator or the systematic power source. A systematic power monitoring device is installed between the power conversion device and the systematic power source. The systematic power monitoring device blocks or connects the systematic power source according to the abnormality of systematic power source. The systematic power monitoring device detects a synchronization time point for connecting the systematic power source and the new renewable energy generator. A center administration device controls and manages the operation of the systematic power monitoring device and the power conversion device.
