PURPOSE: A fluid coupling with a detachable bushing is provided to reduce the manufacturing period by being detachably installed according to the size of a driving device or a driven device with a simple configuration. CONSTITUTION: A fluid coupling with a detachable bushing comprises a housing(20), a driving impeller(22), a driven impeller(23), and a connection shaft(24). The housing comprises an oil chamber(21) in which oil is charged. The driving impeller and the driven impeller are embedded in the housing to face each other. The connection shaft is rotatably coupled at the center of the housing to couple the driving impeller or the driven impeller. A bushing groove(25) is formed to the connection shaft. A bushing(30) is press-fitted in the bushing groove and comprises a shaft hole(31) in which a driving shaft(11) of a driving device(10) or a driven shaft(13) of a driven device(12) is coupled.
