PURPOSE: A soft ice cream producing mixer is provided to minimize the number of assembling processes by inserting a metal rotary shaft, during an extruding process of a molding member with a guiding member. CONSTITUTION: A soft ice cream producing mixer comprises the following: a rotary shaft including a hooking member on the outer circumference; a molding member(34) including plural guiding member(33), extruded in a form including the rotary shaft; a scraper blade(35) combined with the guiding members of the molding member; a coil spring(36) closely attaching the scraper blade to a cooling cylinder; hooks(33a) formed on both ends of each guiding members; and a guiding rod(37) formed on the center of each guiding member. |
