PURPOSE: A method and a system for managing a NEV(Neighborhood Electric Vehicle) at a charging station is provided for users to charge vehicles at desired stations and time. CONSTITUTION: A locking device locks and releases a plurality of neighborhood electric vehicles. A charging device(120) charges the neighborhood electric vehicles. A NEV terminal(110) collects the state information of the neighborhood electric vehicles. The NEV terminal transmits the delivery request of the neighborhood electric vehicles. A management device(130) collects the status information of a charging station. A management device stores the status information of the neighborhood electric vehicles. The management device determines whether or not the neighborhood electric vehicles are delivered. A driving device operates the locking device and charging device.
