<p>PURPOSE: A PCR amplification apparatus using a gravity flow method is provided to constantly maintain temperature of each chamber and to simply control flow rate and direction of a reaction solution. CONSTITUTION: A PCR amplification apparatus(10) using a gravity flow method comprises: a first chamber(110) for a denaturation process , a second chamber(120) for a primer annealing process, and a third chamber(130) for an elongation process, which form a predetermined reaction space; a heat generation unit which is placed at the lower portion of each chamber; a control unit for controlling temperature of the heat generation unit for maintaining temperature for reaction; and a rotation driving unit which rotates each chamber and the heat generation unit.</p> |
