PURPOSE: A beverage container of heating type is provided to detect resistance between a first detection rod and a second detection rod and to prevent an accident. CONSTITUTION: A beverage container of heating type comprises a first detection rod(30), a second detection rod(50), a power supply unit(28), a switching unit, a detection unit, and a control unit(27). The first and second detection rods have a conductive material layer on the outer surface and stand on the bottom side of the container. The power supply unit supplies a driving voltage to a heater.
